The Goal of our mission is to share Jesus Christ and allow the Holy Spirit to move hearts and souls to Him.
There is a great impact as one steps onto foreign soil. Many people don’t understand why one would travel across countries on rugged roads to meet people in distant lands / villages. Most people would never travel such distances to touch 1 person. But, Jesus would and did! Some of these areas have been stricken by illnesses due to famine and lack of clean water. Hygiene is almost unheard of, clothes worn out to just threads of a t-shirt. Many have no home and sleep under trees at night. I have seen children go deaf due to insects that climb into their ears. There are absolutely no medications nor medical clinics
We have slept in tents in 100 plus degrees to reach the people that Jesus Christ speaks of in the bible. HIS word, His touch, is powerful beyond our imagination.
I love how Jesus speaks of leaving the 99, to find the one who is lost, and when He finds the lost one, He carries them home. (Paraphrased from Matthew 18:12)
My question is: How many people do you know would leave the comforts of their home to save / help one life?
